Who we are
We are an industry focused team of professionals with a combined experience of over 65 years in the manufacturing industries working across the globe in Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
Our team has led successful mergers, developed products and system specifications, built engineering capability and sold and manufactured from facilities across the globe.
Founded in 2019 our mission is to add insight, value and leadership to projects in the manufacturing sector. Our team has a proven track record of delivering results, creating growth combined with global business expansion, and developing exceptional teams.
Our Story
Kingston Gorton was founded in 2019 after 41 years of corporate life by Stuart Kirby, with Pablo Freire joining in 2021. Both Stuart and Pablo have extensive experience in the manufacturing industries in global roles. Since 2019, Stuart and Pablo have worked on a number of M&A operations, partner searches for companies from India, the UK, and a number of EU based enterprises.
Since 2022, we have signed collaboration agreements with a number of independent consultants in the USA, India and Germany. All our collaborators have extensive industrial experience in manufacturing, purchasing, finance, and sales & marketing roles. All our collaborators are engineers.
Our Partners
Pablo Friere is our senior partner based in Bogatá, Colombia. Pablo is responsible for the Americas and works with our network partners in the USA.
Pablo is a graduate of Herriot Watt university in the UK in electrical engineering and has over 25 years of work experience in roles from account manager to director of global business development for BorgWarner Inc., amongst others.
Pablo has extensive experience in cost modelling, business strategy, product development, programme planning and mergers and acquisitions. Pablo also leads our merger integration activities.
Stuart Kirby is our managing partner and is based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. Stuart is responsible for Europe and India and works with our network partners in India and Germany.
Stuart is a graduate of the Metropolitan University of Manchester in the UK in mechanical engineering and has over 45 years of experience in roles from design engineer to divisional vice president. Stuart has worked for Dayco Products and BorgWarner Inc. amongst others.
Stuart has many years of experience in C suite roles developing businesses and comprehensive business plans, and supervising and closing multiple M&A operations.
